Payment

We accept Card payments only. All transactions are in GBP.

 

Shipping

We aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.

UK Shipping is via Ervi or Royal mail. FREE SHIPPING

EU/Norway/Switzerland Shipping is via UPS. £9.5 Please pay VAT on arrival.

USA, There is no surprise bill on arrival! We are now shipping order with UPS Duty Paid, with fixed fee £18
 

Please note, depending on your country you may need to pay VAT when the package is being imported into your country, before it is delivered to you. This will usually be handled by the courier company who will collect the VAT and pay it to your government.

 

Returns & exchanges

If you wish to return the goods you may send them back for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Only unopened and unused items will be accepted for refund.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

We cannot refund used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
